Milling Pipe

OK since the first option wasn't viable, how about this. The 7.500" od pipe is split along the sinusoidal path using a .500" milling bit from the outside of the pipe. The track walls are perpendicular to the surface of the pipe. The two halves are inserted into a sleeve and spot welded in place.

Currently CNC milling is limited to 3 axis.

Note that we can now accept four axis milling using Comments To Machinist.
