Trying to do this video in the new version and so far everything worked out good, except for when i am getting close to the end of the video where i need to do a boundry... I cannot find how to do that. Any ideas.

You can use Z Axis as Air Outside to that instead of the Boundary checkbox.

When I try to follow the 3d tutorial, in my software the mill option does not show up under the machine tab. In fact hardly any options show up. Did I miss something?

Same problem here. Video file is http://www.emachineshop.com/machine-shop/mediaserve.php?serve=play|32|/video/02-basic-3d-drawing.swf, but this looks more like a missing part of e-machineshop 1.68. I've tried re-loading e-machineshop. No change.
