Inner arc radius error

I keep getting an error: the selected line is impractical to machine because it contains an inner arc with radius 0.000". Please enlarge the radius to 0.031".

I completely re-drew my part - eliminating any curved lines - and still get this error.

Just updated to version 1.60 dated Jul 10 2009.

We are aware of this and hope to fix it in the next release. For now you can ignore those warnings.

Roger that. I played around some more with it, and tried different ways as to how the geometry was grouped, and the error went away.
