"Auto not supported in current price file"

I keep getting this message whenever I try to select a material or price a part. I have attempted to update the price file both automatically and manually. I have had this problem ever since you went to the auto tool. I have downloaded the most recent version of the software. This has rendered your software unusable to me. How do I fix this? I like using your program/service but the constant bugs are getting to be too much.

Ditto. This new version keeps reporting that "This machine does not support 3-d designs". My design worked fine with CNC milling, designed several versions ago. Any help would be appreciated as my design is dead in the water at the moment. :cry:

Did not work. As I mentioned in my original post, I have already tried this. Help|About still shows "New Price File Found" but I am unable to update it automatically or manually.

I guess I'll uninstall and reinstall for the third time and see if that works. You all really need to improve the way your software connects for updates. I don't have any connection problems with any other websites or software I use, just yours. You must use some kind of different connection method that my firewall is messing with.
