Curved U-profile

How can I design a curved U-profile?

I design in the 2D-View (about 700mm long an 12,5mm wide) and put the Z-Value to 11mm. Now I want a groove on the one side with a Top-Depth of 1mm, a Width of 9mm and horizontal Depth of 11,5mm.

How can I do that?

For the groove use Comments To Machinist.
