Nylonis a synthetic material first created in 1935 at DuPont. One of the most durable plastics, it is often used as a substitute for low strength metals and is easy to injection mold.
Common parts made of nylon include bearings, bushings, wear plates, engine components, gears, nuts and bolts, screws, hinges, sleeves, cable ties, toys, personal care products, fluid reservoirs, and gas tanks.

Mills use rotating tools to cut material into almost any 3D shape. CNC Mills can work with tight tolerances.
