Custom wrenches are often included with a product that requires assembly. This provides added convenience for the end customer. Custom wrenches can include hex or oblong cutouts that fit over hex head machine screws, bolts and nuts. eMachineShop makes custom wrenches using any of the following processes:

• Plastic Injection Molding
• CNC Turret Punching
• CNC Waterjet Cutting
• Wire EDM Cutting

Custom wrenches are usually made out of steel and can be finished using vibratory finishing, electroplating, black oxide and others. To design a custom wrench in eMachineShop's free CAD software, draw the outer shape and cutouts; assign the desired manufacturing process and thickness; and select a finish if desired.
