Reduce cost using diferent machines

Hi, I´m trying to draw this piece, it´s done pretty easily: cut the rectangle from 3mm sheet, drill 4 counterbored holes, drill a hole in the center and use a mill to machine a chamfer 1 mm under the top surface, but the software only allows me to do everything with a 3-axis mill, hence the costs go way up. How can I specify the different processes to reduce costs?
