3D part design question

I've used the tutorials and the help menus and now when I try to submit this design I've some how managed to do it wrong yet again. It's asking me to change the design again, and I have no idea what it takes to make it happy. I'm certain I'll be sent another link that will instruct me to spend more hours re-drawing a part just to make this glitchy software happy. Please update your video tutorials so that the parts can be drawn once and be right.

I am not able to reproduce the problem - it works for me. Please resubmit your file via Help | Troubleshooting which will provide us additional information along with the exact error message and the menu commands that lead to the error.
