L shaped Bend with an arc at the end

I am trying to make essentially a 19" long x 2" wide sheet with a L bend in it - 1/2" down, 90 degree bend, then 1.5". Simple enough, but I want the lower portion of the L (as you look at it on edge) after the 90 degree bend to curve down - not go out straight. haven"t quite worked out the detail but lets say for that 1.5" long bottom, the radius of this curve would be about 6". The attached picture (if the attachment works) shows an exagerated form of what I am going for. To do this by hand would be simple: chuck the sheet in a brake, bend to 90 degrees, chuck the longer 2" leg into a roller frame, and roll until the radius looks about right. Or vice versa. I can't figure out how to do it on emachineshop and I have been over this board a fair bit. any help would be appreciated.

I can't follow your description but posting a .ems file and annotating the problem on the drawing might help.

For large radius bends consider using several parallel bends of small angle.
