Oddball Threads

I have designed a widget using the revolve function to basically make a a 3/4" diameter pipe.

What I need to do is lay a coarse non standard thread on top of that pipe diameter. I would like 4 threads per inch with a major diameter of 0.790" and a minor diameter of 0.750". It can be the standard 60 degree angle thread type. Any ideas how I could accomplish that?
