Protrusion Removal

I have everything drawn the way I need it, but cannot figure out how to remove the protrusion from the inside of the cone, any assistance would be greatly appreaciated...I have tried to use "intersect" to remove the protrusion, but the lines do not intersect...I need the protrusion to go through wall, but remain smooth with the contour of the ID wall...

You would need to use Comments To Machinist to specify the removal.
