Carbon Fiber sheets

Does eMachineShip have the ability to machine 12 x 12" x 1.3mm sheets of mirror polished carbon fiber? If so can you give me an estimate on how much that might cost to do for the attached design?

We can cut carbon fiber but hole diameters must be at least 1.5" diam. See Request special material and the Pricing FAQ.
