"Class not registered" error on startup

When I try to start the program i get " Class not registered " ? When i push OK the program closes.
It`s the 1.56 V and i use it for first time on my PC. I use Windows XP SP2

See if you can view online HTML help in another app. There may be a problem with the hhctrl.ocx component in your system.

I can open HTML help on other programs.

Do you have windows\system32\shdocvw.dll?
