Impractical to machine

Hello,

Could you please answer if such a design is valid for a realization? Though I created this design with the emachineshop software, I am not sure if such shapes can be produces. It has hidden spaces not directly accessible for a tool ..?

I use a cylinder with a side wall of 45 degree which is in a cylinder (with a closed bottom) of a slightly larged diameter...
