Reducing the X-value of a rectangle tube

I would like to make a rectangular tube with 35 mm length and 3 mm wall thickness.

But one side opening should be 55 mm x 45 mm (radius 3 mm) and the other side opening should be reduced one way to 55 mm x 35 mm.

I used Machine -> Side Wall -> angle -> BUT it does not produce the required result

NOTA BENE. I don't care if the radius changes at the other side of the tube.
