Hi,
I'm attempting my first eMachineShop design.
I believe that I've had no problems creating the design, I entered all the details asked for under 'Jobs'. I got the price, then clicked on 'Order->Place Order' and got an error "Undecided option chosen in 'Job|Settings|Publish'"
I have not been able to find the option this error refers to.
I am unable to order either 'online' or 'offline', so I think the error is occuring before I get to the order stage.
Any advice is appreciated.

I fixed this issue by loading one of the sample designs, getting a price for it, closing it, then re-opening my own design. After this process, the Job->Settings->Publish option appeared (definitely wasn't there earlier, I had two other people in my office looking for it)

An update and some notes for other new users.
I designed and analysed this part using COMSOL (2D model), then exported a DXF from COMSOL and imported the DXF into the eMachineShop CAD software. There were a few glitches in the import process, but they didn't take long to fix (for some reason arcs and circles don't import well?). After extruding the part into 3D, then selecting material/tolerances/etc I was able to get a price using the 'direct' method. Then, after a few firewall issues I was able to submit this job using the 'indirect' method (which ftp's an encrypted file onto an eMachineShop server). I received a confirmation next business day NJ time.
Overall (so far!) I'm really impressed with how simple, quick and cost-effective it is to go from design to part-manufacture with eMachineShop. However the proof is in the pudding, so I'll update again after ~15Oct after the part arrives.
