Using Logo art work

Hi, new to this but have a few billet pieces I need for my street rod. But I want to have a logo cut into some of the pieces. I have the logo in clip art form such as tiff, jpeg. Can I use it and how do I do it? Also can it be added to a curved piece with the same cut depth. The logo is a Willys Logo.

Please see Tracing Images. Yes you can do a logo in any shape part.
