When I analyze design I get comment that "customer responsible for after fabrication heat treatment" . Does cutting spring tempered stainless steal with Wire EDM remove tempering?
If so, what process will not remove spring qualities?

Wire EDM will not change the temper. If you upload I'll check why you are getting the message.
