Getting updates on placed order.

Hi, I hope this is seen but someone in tech support as I've been trying to contact emachineshop regarding an order placed on 8th december. To date I've requested 4 updates via the order function in the CAD program but have never received ANY response except the automated receipt of the order placement and copy e-mails of my update requests. Since its been a month since my order I'd like to know if it was accepted, wether there were any issues with my design and if it is being processed! I've to date not had any payment deducted from my credit card - Can anyone help ? Am I doing something wrong? Its as though no one is there....
